This item is a card that was given out during President Reagan's administration. It features an embossed impression of the White House with a printed message and facsimile signature of Reagan on the inside. The inside of the card features a music recording, that when pressed, plays 'Hail To The Chief'. The battery is probably run down but could easily be replaced. This is one of the more unusual items given out by Presidents.
