(1871-1925) Photographer and Teacher. A self-taught photographer, he founded the Newark Camera Club in 1898, which held a major show along with a catalog featuring the works of many major American photographers. An important figure in the history of modern photography, White is represented in nearly all major museums and photographic collections. This item is a vintage 1924 Typed Letter Signed, on Clarence H. White School of Photography stationary. There are several light mailing folds and some minor damage to the left hand border that could easily be trimmed away or matted out.
