He is well known internationally as simply Dr. Otto von Habsburg, a German representative to the European Parliament, President of the Paneuropa Movement and a prolific political essayist. This item is a 7x9.5 ink portrait of Otto Von Habsburg which he signed 'Otto', RARE! The photo was drawn and signed by Emril Porteller. Fantastic!
