On April 12, 1945, he automatically became U.S. president after the death of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Elected president of the USA in 1948, for the period 1949-1953. This item is a signed two page 8.5x14 legal document. It was signed while he was the presiding judge of Jackson County, Missouri, on March 18, 1930.
