This item is an original Nazi War Merit medal with swords. It also comes with an original document dated September 1, 1944. Adolf Hitler and State Secretary Otto Meissner facsimile signatures are at the bottom of the document, including a large embossed Nazi eagle. Both items are in excellent condition.
