This lot has a bookmark, given out as a gift during Carter's administration. The bookmark consists of an approximately 9 inch long green ribbon. On one end of the ribbon is a circular medal with the Presidential Seal on it. At the other end of the ribbon is a two inch medal marker shaped like an arrow head that has Carter's name engraved on it. In mint condition and still in the original box of issue. Due to the austerity programs during Carter's administration, very few gifts were given out.
