Police officer who was doing crowd control in front of the Texas Schoolbook Depository when President Kennedy was shot. JFK's limo passed within feet of him moments before the fatal shots were fired. After the shots rang out, Officer Barnett ran around the building to check for any fleeing gunman then stationed himself at the front of the Texas Schoolbook Depository. He actually allowed Oswald to walk out of the building after the shooting! This item is a RARE signed 3x5 card.
