(1879-1950) One of the 36 founders of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He built Grauman's Chinese Theatre at 6925 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, California in 1926. This item is a vintage handwritten note on a 4x6 album page. He mentions the Chinese Theatre and offers to give a tour. This is a really cool piece of Hollywood history.
